Member Services Council

The Member Services Council will: Oversee the direct member benefit functions of the Federation’s operations; Review the annual plans for the MSC functions and present plans and MSC budget to the National Officers, CEO and CFO; Propose an annual budget to B&F covering the activities within its area of expertise, including any policies or programs, as set forth in Bylaw 611; Make recommendations to the BOD on specific matters within its expertise as assigned by the President; and Any other responsibilities assigned to the Council by the BOD, President or CEO.
