Kelly Kraegel has been a professional horse trainer for more than 30 years and is the owner and head trainer of Cottonwood Creek Ranch in Oklahoma City, Okla. She served two terms as AMHA Central Region Director, currently serves as chair of the AMHA Welfare Committee, and is a member of the AMHA Registry and Bylaws Committees. In recognition of her dedication to the Morgan horse industry, she was named AMHA Promoter of the Year. 

Kelly is a USEF-licensed Morgan, American Saddlebred, and saddle seat equitation judge. Her youth team has earned multiple AMHA Youth Team Overall Championships. She also produces and manages the City Kick-Off USEF Lite Horse Show, creating an accessible entry point for exhibitors while supporting local competition. In addition, she hosts multiple academy horse shows, educational camps, and clinics each year, introducing countless new riders and families to horses and the horse show experience while promoting education, sportsmanship, and the future of the sport.
