Caroline (Carl) Weeden is a respected trainer, competitor, educator, and industry leader with more than 40 years of experience in the hunter/jumper industry. As owner and head trainer of Merryburn Farm, she has developed horses and riders from beginners to national competitors while successfully competing in the professional hunter divisions at premier horse shows across the country.

Having spent four decades training, teaching, coaching, and mentoring riders of all ages, Caroline brings a lifelong commitment to safe, effective horsemanship and the well-being of both horses and riders.

Caroline currently serves as chair of the USEF National Hunter Committee, is a member of the USEF National Breeds & Disciplines Council, and serves on the USHJA Board of Directors. She also serves on several USHJA committees and task forces, helping shape the future of the hunter/jumper sport through education, governance, and service.
