JANINE MALONE

Janine Malone has had a lifelong involvement with horses and is a graduate “A” Pony Clubber. She was a former the USDF secretary for 11 years and has also served as USEF vice president. She is an instructor/trainer, organized an FEI-recognized event for 17 years, and is owner/manager of Rosinburg Farm in North Carolina where she formerly bred Hanoverian horses. She was inducted into the USDF Hall of Fame in 2022. 

She is a US Equestrian “R” dressage judge, “R” dressage sport horse breeding judge, an “R” dressage TD and an FEI Level 3 dressage steward. Janine was also instrumental in establishing the US Dressage Finals, chairing its original Organizational Committee and later managing the event. She formerly owned Rosinburg Events LLC, which organized shows in North Carolina and Virginia. 

Janine currently serves as chair of the USEF Competition Management Committtee and is a member of the USEF Dressage Rules Working Group, USDF Regional Championships Committee, USEF Hearing Committee, and the USDF Sport Horse Committee.
