Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee shall draft a Code of Ethics for volunteers and staff (“the Code”) establishing minimum standards for the volunteers (including members of the Board of Directors, Committees and task forces) and staff, for adoption by the Board of Directors. The committee shall also provide continuing attention to the Code and its enforcement, make recommendations to the Board with respect to ethical conduct, recommend to the Board amendments to the Code, and review and investigate such matters relating to ethical practice as it may deem appropriate.
